Dr. Nathan J. Bonilla is a bilingual scholar and educator specializing in biblical studies, cultural engagement, and Jewish–Christian relations. He holds a Doctor of Educational Ministry with an emphasis in Pastoral Leadership and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Luther Rice College & Seminary. He serves as Director of Education for the Israel Christian Nexus, where he designs and oversees educational initiatives that promote biblical literacy, address antisemitism, and advance informed Jewish–Christian engagement within ecclesial and public contexts. Previously, Dr. Bonilla served as Representative for Hispanic Initiatives at the Museum of the Bible, leading national efforts to expand Hispanic engagement with Scripture and strengthen biblical literacy across the United States, and earlier worked as Key Account Manager for Holman Bibles Español, collaborating with editorial teams and ministry partners to develop theologically sound, academically responsible, and accessible Scripture-based resources for diverse audiences. His professional experience includes engagement with academic, faith-based, and civic leaders in the United States and Israel, and his scholarly interests center on education, leadership formation, and the responsible integration of faith, scholarship, and public discourse.
